Conditions Assessment RFP

The Dr. James W. Washington Jr & Mrs. Janie Rogella Washington Foundation (“Washington Foundation”) received a grant from the National Trust for Historic Preservation, African American Cultural Heritage Action Fund.

The grant will generously fund the production of a facilities and landscape conditions assessment for James and Janie’s historic home, garden, and his artist studio.

Any interested architectural firms are invited to review the Washington Foundation’s conditions assessment RFP. Referrals also are encouraged.
